I enjoy all trying all sorts of things. You can find good information on Walking on Air which is gliding for the less able. Their website has lots of interesting videos to watch.

I am lucky enough to live in Kinross which has its own Wheelchair Curling Club.

I have enjoyed all sorts of arts and crafts over the years but I particularly like pottery. I went to a very good class in Lochgelly but there is nothing at the moment. I am not very good in classes where the teacher decides what to do! I like to follow my own ideas with the teacher supporting.

I have been to most colleges in the surrounding area for Adult Learning Courses!

In my past I have done a lot of Horse Carriage Riding and Swimming but don’t do them so much anymore. I even did a bit of sailing!
