My whole life has been about Inclusion and being treated the same as everyone else. My Mum in particular has fought hard to find a life for me which has similar opportunities as my brother John. She does not see why we should be different and neither do I!

Mum helped set up a Charity which is designed to help me have a future even if my family are not around. It is called Equal Futures and is worth reading about.

I really enjoyed an Inclusion Conference run by the Scottish Inclusion Institute which is breathtaking in its push to get everyone treated equally in the mainstream rather than being sidelined for ‘special’ treatment.

Part of being included is about being in a position to make a contribution to the world I live in. I have loved being able to do this with local Community Projects involving Scooters and Dance Activity.
